AutoPet Feeder
An automatic pet feeder built to a neighbour's specification, from cardboard to a 3D-printed shell.
My A level product design project, with a real client: a neighbour who wanted their pet fed on time whether or not anyone was home.
A Raspberry Pi drives a servo that meters the food, with a touchscreen for the schedule and USB-C for power. The shell is 3D-printed ABS with an oak lid. It went through cardboard prototypes and rounds of client feedback before the final print, and the whole process is in the design document.
